Alma has lived most of her life in the Wakatipu area of New Zealand, except for the busy years spent on the farm down in Southland with her late husband, Noel. She enjoys writing about the experiences of developing 800 acres of bush and swamp land into a now productive farm, also of the hardship and hilariously happy times along the way that they had as a family.
Now retired, Alma enjoys art classes, the garden and her beautiful children.
